Since 2007 the Bill & Coo Restaurant has been recognized for its high gastronomic standards, its privileged location a few minutes away from the heart of Mykonos town, and the majestic views to the mesmerizing Aegean Sea.  Bill & Coo’s Gourmet Restaurant is a total interactive sensory experience of sound, scent, vision, taste and touch with a mouth-watering Mediterranean-cuisine inspired menu.
Created by the genius Athinagoras Kostakos, The Gastronomy Project is one of Greece's highly regarded kitchens. Savor culinary perfections of exceptional taste crafted by an award-winning kitchen team who have created a Mediterranean-inspired menu of the freshest ingredients, based on the organic products of Mykonos Island. "Olives, capers, samphire, citrus, fresh fish and local vegetables are transformed into unique dishes through the use of innovative techniques that preserve their classic savoriness.
